Booking

How can I book a transfer?
Fill at least the following fields in the booking form: the starting point and destination, the date and number of people. After clicking on Transfer, you will get all possible transfer types with prices displayed. Choose the type of transfer that fits you best. If your destination is not displayed, please contact us for a custom quote.
What kind of transfers and vehicles exists?
We have the appropriate vehicle for every need. Choose between LowCost Airport shuttle, Economy Private transfers, Business Private transfers, First Class and Luxury Transfer. For larger groups, we offer our buses for up to 60 people.
Will my credit card be charged?
No. Your credit card will not be charged. It serves only as a guarantee. Payment is made directly to the driver in cash.
How do I get a confirmation?
After completing the booking process you get a message that your reservation is in progress. We try to confirm your booking as soon as possible, this may take up to 10 hours. You will then receive a confirmation by e-mail, only after receiving this confirmation your reservation is valid.
How do I get the exact time of departure for the trip to the airport?
The exact timing will be provided with the reservation confirmation. This depends on the expected traffic.
How does the payment work?
Please pay the agreed fare directly in cash to your driver before departure transfers unless otherwise agreed.
Is this price all inclusive or is there something in addition?
All prices are all inclusive. There are no extra costs for luggage or taxes.
Traveling with children?
The safety of your children is our main concern. That's why we provide you with the appropriate child seats free of charge. Please provide the amount and kind of required childseat during the booking process.
How far in advance should I make a booking?
Your reservation is guaranteed when you do the reservation before 14:00 pm the day before. You can book even later, with the booking confirmation, we inform you that the transfer is still possible.

Where is the meeting place when I take the Airport Shuttle?
Our driver will meet you with a sign in the arrival hall at the appointed time. If you don't find our driver, please give us a call: +43 (0) 6432 / 6622
How do I find my driver at a Private transfers?
All private and coach transfers are carried out with "Meet and Greet" service. Our driver will meet you with your personal sign in the arrival hall and will assist you with your luggage.
I can not find my driver?
If you can not find our driver, please call us at: +43 (0) 6432 / 6622. We immediately take care of it.
Is the Airport Shuttle taking me directly to the hotel?
Yes, our Airport Shuttle takes you directly to your hotel and pick you up again there from there.
My flight is delayed?
Private transfer: Please inform us in case of a flight delay of more than an hour. Your driver will wait for you anyway.

Airport Shuttle: If you can't reach the booked shuttle due to a flight delay, you will be rebooked free of charge on the next available shuttle.
Where is the meeting point on my way to the airport?
You will be picked up from your accommodation. Please get ready 10 minutes before the scheduled departure for the pick up. If your driver is still not there 10 minutes after the scheduled departure, please call us.

May I cancel my reservation?
If you want to change or cancel your reservation, please send us an email or call us. Please note the cancellation policy in the Terms and Conditions.
